Bikehouse Plauen

Structural stability analyses were carried out for the conversion of a historic factory building, including plans to add an extra floor to the building. To this end, the existing cross-sections were determined from the approximately 100-year-old inventory documents, and estimates of the material properties of the reinforced concrete components were derived.
