Forbach cavern power plant

Dynamic verification of the bearings for the turbine and generator bearings was carried out for the machine room of the new Forbach pumped storage power plant. In a three-dimensional building model, the excitation forces were introduced as time sequences at the bearing points and the resulting vibration paths and vibration velocities were compared with the permissible limit values.
